Waldo lofts is a distinct 12-story mixed-use building located in Jersey City.

Waldo lofts adopted its name from the Planning District it lies in (Work-Art-Loft-District-Overlay Zone). One of Jersey Cities original work/live concepts, Waldo encouraged residency for the art community. Waldo included wide corridors, high ceilings, service sinks and an extra freight elevator for moving large art pieces.

The brick and arched openings complement the industrial setting that once was prominent in this location.

The structure has 82 units and sits over a large retail space elevated above grade with sub-grade parking.
