The Cast Iron Lofts is a twenty-story rental high rise in Jersey City on 18th Street and Jersey Avenue. This project is helping to introduce more life to the street by focusing its design and efforts on the first several floors. The ground floor is on a raised loading dock designed to resemble the Tribeca warehouses. The building has 155 dwelling units, 175 parking spaces as well as a private fitness center, community rooms and a common roof deck amenity.
